Preparing for your visit:

Does the hotel offer wheelchair accessible rooms?

All accessible guest rooms feature wide, wheelchair-accessible doors with lowered peepholes, as well as light switches. Accessible rooms are equipped with roll-in showers within the bathroom. Please contact the hotel for any additional information.

What are the parking options at the hotel?

Upon arriving at the Hotel, guests may use our daily parking valet services for $53 per day. Daily parking features unlimited in and outs to all of our guests. Hourly parking rates vary. Street parking is available but not recommended as it is very limited.

Can I send packages to the hotel ahead of my stay?

Yes, package shipping and receiving is available and subject to a nominal fee. Please contact the hotel directly for rates or additional information. Address the package as follows: Your Name - Guest, Taj Boston, 15 Arlington Street Boston, MA 02116

Are dogs allowed? Are there restrictions for weight, height or types?

Yes, dogs are allowed at Taj Boston. Please refer to our Pet Policy for additional information. There is an additional $100.00 non-refundable cleaning fee per stay, as well as, a pet policy. Guests must inform the front desk at check-in and fill out a pet waiver. Pets may not be left alone in a guest room at any time.

Does your hotel have a swimming pool?

Although Taj Boston does not have an on-site swimming pool, our Concierge team can assist in recommending nearby pool facilities.

What is the minimum age requirement to check into a guestroom at your hotel?

Guests must be at least age 18 to register at Taj Boston.

I would like to arrange flowers, in-room massages, or other items in the guest room. How do I arrange this?

Do you allow smoking on the property? In the rooms?

No, we are a non-smoking property

Do you have an Early departure fee?

Yes, there is an early departure fee and the amount of this fee depends on the policies your reservation was booked under.

During your stay:

Do you have a business center? Where can I print my boarding pass?

Our 24-hour business center offers 2 work stations as well as a quick print boarding pass kiosk. The concierge desk can also assist with boarding passes and printing needs.

What does the fitness center offer?

Our 24-hour fitness center is located on the 4th floor and offers a wide range of cardio audio and strength training machines.

What are some major attractions nearby?

Located in the heart of it all, Taj Boston is directly next to The Boston Public Garden for idyllic views and Newbury Street, for premiere shopping and dining. Back Bay Boston is known for its open air markets, historic sites and iconic brownstone houses.

What dining options available during my stay?

On January 2, all of the hotel’s restaurants, The Bar, in-room dining, and event space will temporarily close and remain closed throughout 2019. While there is no dining available at the hotel, Taj Boston is located within steps of some of Boston’s finest restaurants, and our concierge team will be delighted to assist in making recommendations and alternate arrangements. During this time, we will offer our guests complimentary continental breakfast and evening hors d’oeuvres, with honor bar. In room, guests will have access to a full mini bar of snacks, soft drinks and alcoholic beverages. We look forward to welcoming diners back in early 2020 for a completely reimagined food and beverage experience.

Sweet & Savory Breakfast Presentation
  • Weekdays – 6:30 a.m. to 10:30 a.m.
  • Weekends – 7:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m.

Selections include: hot oatmeal, pastries and breads, sliced fruit, hard boiled eggs, cheeses and sliced meats, cold cereals, yogurt and granola, variety of fruit juices, coffee, tea, barista bar and non-alcoholic beverages.
For local guests or Carlton House residents, there is a charge of $25 for Continental Breakfast.

Hours of Indulgence
  • Daily – 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m.

Selections include: domestic and imported cheese and charcuterie, selection of canapés, non-alcoholic beverages and an honor bar of house red, white and sparkling wine and domestic and imported beers.
For local guests or Carlton House residents, there is a charge of $20 for the Hours of Indulgence.
